Ingredients
- 2 lb. shredded hash browns, defrosted
- 1 c. cream of celery soup (can use cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. melted butter or oleo
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. corn flakes
- garlic to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients; bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350°.
- Brown top.
