Ingredients
- 7 oz. box macaroni or 2 c. cooked macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. cubed ham
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cubed cheese
- 1 c. diced celery
Method
- While macaroni is still hot, add oil, vinegar, onion and salt. Mix and cool; refrigerate 2 hours or overnight, then add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate and chill well before serving. Without the ham it is still good.
