Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed, drained and chilled
- 2 red apples, diced
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Combine macaroni, apples, celery, mayonnaise and yogurt in medium bowl.
- Cover and chill.
- Serve on lettuce.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Makes 4 servings.
