Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed but not cooked
Method
- Saute the first 3 ingredients in 1/2 cup margarine.
- Mix all ingredients together; top with additional cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
