Ingredients

  • 300 grams Pork (round, fillet, loin)
  • 2 Japanese leek
  • 1 Flour
  • 1 and 1/2 Egg
  • 1 Panko
  • 1 Vegetable oil

Method

  • Season the pork with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the leeks into 5-cm pieces.
  • Skewer the meat and leek pieces in alternating order to make the skewers.
  • Coat the skewers in the flour, egg, and panko, then fry in 170C oil until lightly browned.
