Ingredients
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 3/4 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Method
- Mix together the cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, pepper, grated cheese and black olives.
- Blend in the cooked macaroni.
- Bake in greased casserole dish uncovered until brown and bubbly, at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serves 4.
