Ingredients
- 29 oz. can pumpkin
- 4 egg whites or Egg Beaters (2 cartons)
- 3/4 c. Equal sweetener
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cans (large) light evaporated milk
- 2 pie crusts (Pet Ritz vegetable shortening type) or you own prepared crust
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour into pie crusts and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Makes 2 pies, 12 servings.
