Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 3 T butter
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 3 c flour
- 3 t baking powder
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
- 3 T flour
- 2 T butter
Method
- Cream butter and sugar until light.
- Stir in milk, flour, baking powder and vanilla and combine well.
- Pour into 10 x 13 baking dish.
- For topping, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon, cut in butter until crumbly.
- Scatter topping evenly over cake and bake at 325 F for 30-40 minutes, testing for doneness.
