Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. or 2 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O brand raspberry or strawberry sugar-free Jell-O
- 1 c. cold water
- ice cubes
- 2 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip lite whipped topping
Method
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl 2 minutes or completely dissolved.
- Mix cold water and ice cubes to make 2 cups.
- Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
- Remove remaining ice cubes.
