- 1 lb. fresh skinless flounder fillets
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. fine breadcrumbs
- 3/4 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
- nonstick spray coating
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick coating.
- Place fillets in dish, tucking under any thin edges.
- Melt margarine; brush on top of fish.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
