- 2 (11 ounce) bags coleslaw mix or (12 ounce) bags broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4 x 1 inch strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut like red pepper
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
Method
- Whisk together the mayonnaise and sesame oil in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
- Yields about 1 cup per serving.
- 1 Weight Watcher point per serving.
