Ingredients

  • 2 (11 ounce) bags coleslaw mix or (12 ounce) bags broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4 x 1 inch strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut like red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste

Method

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise and sesame oil in a large bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  • Yields about 1 cup per serving.
  • 1 Weight Watcher point per serving.
