Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 23 cup butter
- 23 cup parmesan cheese
- nutmeg, freshly grated, to taste
- kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
Method
- In a small pot, bring the cream and butter to a slow simmer, stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese.
- When the cheese is melted, add salt, pepper, and nutmeg and toss with pasta or serve over chicken and noodles.
