Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
  • 2 finely chopped cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 12 oz. Colby cheese

Method

  • Place first 7 ingredients in a large Mixmaster bowl.
  • Beat with mixer until well mixed.
  • Grate Colby cheese and add to cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
  • Mold into a ball.
  • Decorate with paprika and chopped almonds or any other nuts.
  • Chill.
  • Serve with crackers.
