- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
- 2 finely chopped cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 12 oz. Colby cheese
Method
- Place first 7 ingredients in a large Mixmaster bowl.
- Beat with mixer until well mixed.
- Grate Colby cheese and add to cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
- Mold into a ball.
- Decorate with paprika and chopped almonds or any other nuts.
- Chill.
- Serve with crackers.
