Ingredients

  • 6 sheets puff pastry
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 4 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 50 g aged cheese, grated
  • 50 g dutch shrimp (brown)

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.
  • Defrost the puff pastry and cut them into squares approximately 5x5 cm.
  • Butter a cupcake pan and press two squares in each hole.
  • (Put them so that they form little starts, with the second square 1/8th turned towards the other square.)
  • Be sure to stretch them a little bit so that the hole is covered nicely.
  • Whisk in a bowl the eggs with the pesto, cream and cheese.
  • Divide the mixture over the puff pastry cups.
  • Now, put as much shrimps as you like in every cup.
  • Cook the pastries for about 15 minutes.
