Ingredients
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 c. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced thin
- 1/3 c. chopped parsley
- 2 c. minced clams
- 1/2 c. clam juice
- 1 lb. box linguini
Method
- Heat oil to gentle boil and turn heat down.
- Add parsley and garlic; heat thoroughly.
- Add clams, salt and pepper and juice. Cook gently.
- Cook linguini and drain.
- Pour clam mixture over linguini.
