Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Queso Quesadilla Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
  • 6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1/2 cup chopped mixed red and green peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Method

  • Combine chicken and cheese; spoon onto 3 tortillas.
  • Cover with remaining tortillas.
  • Heat large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 1 min.
  • Add quesadillas, 1 at a time; cook 3 min.
  • on each side or until cheese is melted and quesadilla is lightly browned on both sides.
  • Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
  • Cut quesadillas into wedges.
  • Serve topped with vegetable mixture.
