Ingredients
- 16 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 c. canned salted peanuts
- 13 oz. can chow mein noodles
- candied cherries
Method
- Make several days ahead in double boiler over hot, not boiling water.
- Melt chocolate pieces.
- Stir in peanuts and noodles until they are well coated with chocolate.
- Drop by heaping teaspoons onto wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
- Top each with a 1/4 candied cherry.
- Refrigerate until served.
- If they soften when served, refrigerate again until firm.
- Makes about 3 dozen.
