Ingredients
- 8 medium red potatoes
- 1 stick corn oil margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing
Method
- Slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick.
- Place side by side or in a "fallen domino" pattern in casserole or cake pan.
- Add the water.
- Cut up margarine in small pieces and place them on the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with the dry Italian dressing.
- Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350°. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
