Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. 7-Up or Sprite
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Method

  • Dissolve Jell-O in water.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Stir in Jell-O and beat until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla, oranges, pineapple, soda and pecans.
  • Chill until mixture thickens.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish. Chill until firm.
  • Cut into squares.
  • Yield:
  • 16 to 20 servings.
