Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar, or
- 3 Tbsp. cooking wine, or
- 3 Tbsp. prune juice
Method
- Choose one of the three liquids (vinegar, wine or prune juice), and add to other ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients together and add to ham before baking.
- Use cloves and pineapple slices if desired.
