- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby limas
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 c. minced celery
- 3/4 c. finely chopped red onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 oz. ham, julienned
- 2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. minced fresh sage
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
Method
- Cook lima beans as directed; drain well.
- In skillet, in oil, over medium heat, saute onion, celery and garlic 5 minutes to soften. Add lima beans and remaining ingredients. Cook 2 minutes or until hot.
