Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pintos
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Great Northern beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can white limas
  • 1 (16 oz.) can navy beans
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. mustard
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 big onion, chopped fine
  • 1 sweet red pepper and 1 sweet green pepper or 2 green peppers
  • 4 or 5 slices bacon

Method

  • Mix together first 12 ingredients and pour into 5-quart Dutch oven.
  • Place bacon on top.
  • Bake at 450° until bacon is done.
  • Will serve 25.
