Ingredients

  • 3 1/16 tablespoons oats blend into flour
  • 1 egg
  • 4 15/16 ounces low fat greek yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar Stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 banana

Method

  • Mix oats, baking powder, egg, 70g of Greek yoghurt and 1 tsp Stevia in a blender.
  • Put it at rest for 10-15minutes, than add water if needed (if it's too thick) and mix again.
  • Heat up non-stick pan and pour the mixture on it. Bake on small heat for 5-7minutes on one side (when you see the bubbles on the top it's ready).
  • Turn a pancake and bake 2more minutes on the other side.
  • Meanwhile mix the rest of yoghurt and Stevia.
  • Put yoghurt topping on a pancake, sprinkle with hazelnut spread and banana.
