Ingredients
- 2 (large) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 oz. Cheddar, shredded
- 3 or 4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops smoke flavor
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 3 Tbsp. onion
Method
- Fry bacon.
- Melt cream cheese and Cheddar together until Cheddar melts.
- Add Worcestershire and smoke flavoring.
- Blend in bacon that has been crumbled and let cool.
- Shape into a ball in Saran Wrap.
- Chill.
- Roll in chopped parsley until covered.
- Serve with crackers.
