Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm milk (105~ to 115~)
- 3/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
- egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 Tbsp. oil)
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
- Stir in honey, oil, eggs and 3 3/4 cups flour.
- Turn onto floured board.
- Knead dough about 5 minutes, adding flour until smooth and elastic.
- Coat large bowl with oil.
- Place dough in bowl, turning to coat with oil on all sides.
- Cover; let rise until doubled.
