Ingredients
- 1 stalk lemongrass minced
- 1 large shallot quartered
- 1 large garlic clove
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or 2 tbsp unsalted peanuts
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp each ground cloves, cinnamon, allspice, ginger
- juice of one lime
Method
- Pure all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
