Ingredients

  • 12 Medium Sized Brussels Sprouts, Stem Ends Cut
  • 1/2 cups Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest

Method

  • Fill pot with water and bring to a boil on medium heat. Place Brussels sprouts in pot and boil for 15 minutes.
  • Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in bowl or plastic bag. Place sprouts into bowl/bag and pour oil mixture over, mix well.
  • Sprinkle some grated lemon zest over sprouts when serving. Enjoy!
