- 2 to 4 lb. chuck roast
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- dash of garlic salt
Method
- Put roast in pan. Place onion on top. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over top of roast. Cover and bake at 300° for 4 to 5 hours.
