Ingredients
- 2 pkg. lime gelatin
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. cut cooked chicken or flaked tuna
- 1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in water.
- Add lemon juice and salad dressing and mix well.
- Chill in refrigerator until mixture begins to congeal.
- Beat well; add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Pour into lightly oiled 2-quart mold.
- Chill until set.
- Unmold on salad greens and garnish as desired.
