Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. finely chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 (16 oz.) can vegetarian beans in tomato sauce
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- In skillet, saute beef and onions in oleo until onions are tender.
- Combine beans and remaining ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Stir in meat mixture.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes, stirring once.
- Makes 4 servings.
