Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water in a 2 1/2-quart bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Pat out dough onto cookie sheet with sides.
- Complete with sauce and favorite toppings.
- Bake at 425°.
