Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 egg whites, beaten
Method
- Cream sugar and margarine.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Add beaten egg yolks and flour and mix. Stir in milk.
- Hastily stir in beaten egg whites.
- Bake in unbaked pie shell in slow oven at 325° for about 50 minutes.
