Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 12 oz Chicken Breast
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 cup Fat-Free Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 1/2 cup Broccoli
- 2 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Method
- Combine 1 1/2 tbsp of flour and 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper.
- Add cut up chicken and toss coating evenly.
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Cook chicken until browned and slightly crispy.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
- Put 1 cup of broth and garlic into skillet.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add broccoli.
- In a small cup mix 1/2 cup of broth with 1/2 tbsp of flour, mix throughly.
- Add to skillet and bring to a boil.
- Cook until broccoli is crisp/tender and sauce is slightly thickened.
- Stir in chicken and lemon zest, heat.
- Remove from skillet and stir in lemon juice.
