Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 12 oz Chicken Breast
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 cup Fat-Free Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 1/2 cup Broccoli
  • 2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

Method

  • Combine 1 1/2 tbsp of flour and 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper.
  • Add cut up chicken and toss coating evenly.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet.
  • Cook chicken until browned and slightly crispy.
  • Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Put 1 cup of broth and garlic into skillet.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add broccoli.
  • In a small cup mix 1/2 cup of broth with 1/2 tbsp of flour, mix throughly.
  • Add to skillet and bring to a boil.
  • Cook until broccoli is crisp/tender and sauce is slightly thickened.
  • Stir in chicken and lemon zest, heat.
  • Remove from skillet and stir in lemon juice.
