Ingredients
- 1 bunch carrots
- 1/2 c. onion slices
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 can tomato soup
Method
- Cook carrots until almost done.
- Mix vinegar, oil, sugar and soup together.
- Add onion and bell pepper to carrots while the carrots are still warm.
- Add vinegar mixture. Leave set for 3 or 4 hours before eating.
- Can be eaten days later if kept in fridge.
