Ingredients
- 5 eggs, beaten slightly
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- juice from 1 1/2 lemons
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. Grape Nuts, crushed
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Combine sugar and flour; add to eggs. Mix well. Add lemon juice and butter. Mix well. Bake in 300° oven in an unbaked pie shell. Crush Grape Nuts until fine; sprinkle on top before baking (optional). When inserted silver knife comes out clean, pie is done.
