Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- Cool Whip
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients; line bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake 10 minutes at 425°.
- Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
- Spread on crust.
- Mix the pudding and milk. Spread on top of cheese mixture.
- Top with Cool Whip.
