Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. sugar
- juice of 3 lemons or 2 Tbsp. reconstituted lemon juice
Method
- Mix cake mix, 1 egg, oil and 2 tablespoons of water by hand. Mixture will be stiff and slightly crumbly.
- Reserve 1 cup of mixture and pat remainder in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake crust at 350° for 15 minutes.
