Ingredients
- 2 c. white rice, cooked
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can cooked shrimp, drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Pour oil in a large frying pan, add chopped onion and garlic; brown.
- Add hamburger; brown.
- Add eggs and scramble.
- Add rice and soy sauce until rice turns light brown in color.
- Add drained shrimp.
