Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 envelope French's brown gravy mix
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. cooked cubed beef
Method
- Saute 1 small sliced onion and celery in butter about 10 minutes (lid on pot).
- Stir in contents of brown gravy mix, water and beef.
- (Water must be cold.)
- Cook, stirring, until mixture comes to boil and thickens.
- Serve on rice.
- (Mixture will thicken quickly.)
