Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) can tuna
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 10 soda crackers, rolled into crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. scalded milk
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Crumble up tuna.
- Mix all ingredients and stir the milk in last.
- Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole and pour in.
- Cover for awhile until it comes to a boil, then uncover and bake for 10 minutes at 325°.
- Serves 4.
