Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. chocolate
- 2 c. milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- Mix milk and eggs well.
- Add all other ingredients, but butter.
- Cook over boiling water until mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat.
- Add butter.
- Use mixer to mix butter in well.
- Pour in one 10-inch pie shell.
- Top with meringue.
