Ingredients
- 2-1/4 qt. A.1. Original Sauce
- 1-1/2 qt. spaghetti sauce
- 1-1/2 cups onions, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 60 rolls French bread rolls (6 inch), partially split
- 240 each Fully cooked meatballs (1-1/4 oz. each), heated
- 2 qt. KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoning
Method
- Mix pasta sauce, steak sauce and onion in large saupan.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into deep 1/3 hotel pan.
- Hold covered at 140F or above.
- Place hot meatballs in 2 full-size hotel pans; hold at 140F or above.
- For each serving: Fill each roll with 4 meatballs; top with 1/4 cup sauce, 2 Tbsp.
- cheese and a dash of Italian herb seasoning.
- Serve immediately.
