Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 qt. A.1. Original Sauce
  • 1-1/2 qt. spaghetti sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups onions, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 60 rolls French bread rolls (6 inch), partially split
  • 240 each Fully cooked meatballs (1-1/4 oz. each), heated
  • 2 qt. KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture
  • 1/4 cup Italian seasoning

Method

  • Mix pasta sauce, steak sauce and onion in large saupan.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour into deep 1/3 hotel pan.
  • Hold covered at 140F or above.
  • Place hot meatballs in 2 full-size hotel pans; hold at 140F or above.
  • For each serving: Fill each roll with 4 meatballs; top with 1/4 cup sauce, 2 Tbsp.
  • cheese and a dash of Italian herb seasoning.
  • Serve immediately.
