Ingredients
- 80 grams whole anise
- 80 grams cinnamon
- 40 grams whole coriander
- 40 grams cloves
- 20 grams whole mace
- 20 grams ground/powdered ginger
- 10 grams whole fennel seeds
- 10 grams whole allspice
- 2 whole vanilla beans
Method
- Process the whole spices in a spice grinder until you have a fine powder. Scrape the vanilla out of its beans.
- Mix with the ginger and the vanilla with the spice powder. Store in a small, airtight container.
