Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew meat
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 large onion
- 3 large potatoes
- 3 large carrots
- 1 can peas
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 soup can water
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Dice meat into fairly good size cubes and place in a large ovensafe dish.
- Add tomato soup and water.
- Peel and cut up tomatoes, carrots and onion.
- Add to meat and soup.
- Add bay leaf and peas.
- Salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Cover and cook at 250° for 5 hours.
