Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp buttermilk
- 2 cup buttermilk
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sea salt
Method
- Heat griddle over middle heat.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk,melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Place pancakes on lightly greased griddle.
- Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto griddle.
- Turn over when surfaces are bubbly and edges are slightly dry.
- Cook until pancakes are golden.
