Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk
  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Method

  • Heat griddle over middle heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk,melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Place pancakes on lightly greased griddle.
  • Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto griddle.
  • Turn over when surfaces are bubbly and edges are slightly dry.
  • Cook until pancakes are golden.
