Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine first three ingredients and beat until smooth.
- Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla, beating until combined.
- Spoon into pastry shell.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
