- 4 oz. corkscrew macaroni
- 3/4 lb. boned, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2/3c. chicken broth (can use College Inn)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. halved zucchini slices
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1/2 c. chopped tomato (juice and all)
Method
- Chicken and vegetables can be cut up night before.
