Ingredients

  • 16 oz. mashed refried beans
  • 4 1/2 oz. can chopped ripe olives
  • 6 to 8 oz. frozen guacamole
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 green onions (including tops), sliced
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  • Season refried beans with 1/2 package taco seasoning and spread in bottom of 1 1/2-quart Pyrex dish.
  • Add chopped olives. Spread guacamole over this.
  • Mix 1/2 package taco seasoning with sour cream and mayonnaise; spread over other ingredients.
  • Top with chopped green onions, then tomato, then grated cheese.
  • Serve with chips.
