- 16 oz. mashed refried beans
- 4 1/2 oz. can chopped ripe olives
- 6 to 8 oz. frozen guacamole
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 3 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
- 3 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 green onions (including tops), sliced
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Season refried beans with 1/2 package taco seasoning and spread in bottom of 1 1/2-quart Pyrex dish.
- Add chopped olives. Spread guacamole over this.
- Mix 1/2 package taco seasoning with sour cream and mayonnaise; spread over other ingredients.
- Top with chopped green onions, then tomato, then grated cheese.
- Serve with chips.
