Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (room temperature)
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 4 1/2 oz. chopped black olives
  • 4 oz. diced green chiles
  • 2 oz. diced pimento

Method

  • Roll Velveeta cheese between two pieces of waxed paper with rolling pin until smooth and shaped to fit serving dish (should be about 1/4 inch thick).
  • Remove top layer of wax paper.
  • Spread cream cheese evenly on Velveeta.
  • Spread other ingredients in the order given.
  • Using wax paper to guide you, fold 1/3 of cheese over and then 1/3 from other side over the top of that.
