Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (room temperature)
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
- 4 1/2 oz. chopped black olives
- 4 oz. diced green chiles
- 2 oz. diced pimento
Method
- Roll Velveeta cheese between two pieces of waxed paper with rolling pin until smooth and shaped to fit serving dish (should be about 1/4 inch thick).
- Remove top layer of wax paper.
- Spread cream cheese evenly on Velveeta.
- Spread other ingredients in the order given.
- Using wax paper to guide you, fold 1/3 of cheese over and then 1/3 from other side over the top of that.
