Ingredients
- 1 lb. penne, cooked 7 to 8 minutes
- 5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs (plain)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 6 artichokes, chopped
Method
- Saute garlic in oil. Add bread crumbs until golden.
- Add tomatoes, parsley, artichokes and pasta water, if needed.
- Add cooked pasta and toss.
